What is Chair Massage?
Chair massage is the new solution to the problem of stress and job related injury in the workplace, which is both corrective and preventitive.  With minimal duration of 10-15 minutes this type of massage can be carried out in any public area where space is limited and is performed over clothing avoiding any embarrassment or discomfort.  The massage therapist concentrates on areas of general stiffness being the back, neck, arms and shoulders.  The massage chair takes up minimal space and is easy to transport.

Our Team of RMT's are available to come to your office Mon-Fri from 7am until 12pm.  Weekends and special events can be arranged through either Amanda-Lyn Smith or Julie Tessier-Woodcock as well as chair massage a massage table can also be brought for sporting events such as golf tournaments.
